1. Our Commitment

amalics GmbH and Kommalpha AG are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

2. Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as required by the European Accessibility Act (EAA / Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG).

3. Measures Taken

amalics GmbH and Kommalpha AG take the following measures to ensure the accessibility of SettlDay:

  • Accessibility is considered in our design and development processes.
  • We use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate.
  • We ensure sufficient colour contrast ratios across our dark-themed interface.
  • We support keyboard navigation throughout the platform.
  • We provide text alternatives for non-text content.

4. Current Status

We are actively working to achieve full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. Some areas of the platform are still being assessed and improved. Known limitations include:

  • Some complex data visualisations may not yet be fully accessible to screen readers.
  • PDF reports are being updated to meet accessibility standards.

5. Feedback & Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of SettlDay. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, please contact us:

Email: [email protected]
Phone: +49 89 12252288

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

6. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you may contact the competent enforcement body. In Germany, this is the Schlichtungsstelle nach § 16 BGG at the Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für die Belange von Menschen mit Behinderungen.
