By accessing or using the SettlDay platform ("Service"), operated by amalics GmbH ("we", "us", "our") in collaboration with Kommalpha AG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
SettlDay is a B2B SaaS platform that helps mid-market financial firms assess, track, and achieve T+1 settlement readiness. The Service includes readiness assessments, workflow tools, settlement simulations, industry benchmarks, AI-driven advisory, and compliance reporting.
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
The T+1 readiness assessment is available without creating an account. Assessment responses may be submitted anonymously. By requesting a PDF report, you consent to us processing the personal data you provide for that purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid features are available under subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.

The Service, including all features, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by amalics GmbH and protected by intellectual property laws. Content is jointly provided by amalics GmbH and Kommalpha AG. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Assessment scores, benchmarks, and advisory content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or regulatory advice.
You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the Service. We recommend consulting qualified professionals for specific regulatory compliance questions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, amalics GmbH and Kommalpha AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.
